Bio
John plays four primary roles: husband, father of four, member of St. Andrews Anglican Church, and lawyer. He is also a triathlete, runner, angler, hunter, tennis player, reader, writer, and more. The South Carolina Lowcountry is home – though he has traveled to more than 25 other countries and most states, none compare.
After graduating from Wofford College, John lived in a remote Kenyan village for two years. His love of reading and writing began during those years. Reading in the glow of a lantern each night, John plowed through hundreds of books, read hundreds of magazines, and wrote hundreds of letters.
Following Kenya, John attended law school, married, built a family, and founded Henderson & Henderson law firm with his brother. John hosts a YouTube channel where he shares legal insights. He is involved in other business ventures and community organizations. In his spare time, he reads and writes reviews of his favorite books.
